I am 8 weeks pregnant today. At 7 weeks I woke up to a bad dream that I lost the pregnancy and I noticed that I went from feeling really tired and sick to not feeling pregnant anymore. I took a home pregnancy test and it was only a faint line, much fainter then when I originally found out I was pregnant I called my doctor and she had me come to the office and she also did a urine test which showed only a faint line. She recommended doing two HCG blood tests 48 hrs apart. I took the tests at 7w4d (158,124) and 7w6d (175,635). I called to get the results today and the receptionist gave me the HCG levels but unfortunately my doctor has become sick and is in the hospital and can t review the results with me. From what I can see online the levels are high but I don t feel pregnant and I am still only getting a faint positive when doing a home pregnancy test. I have had miscarriages in the past and last miscarriage was a missed miscarriage that was detected at 9 weeks by ultrasound that showed a sack measuring 6 weeks with no fetal pole. Should I be concerned? I am just confused why I don t feel pregnant and am getting such a faint positive on a urine test but my blood HCG levels are high. Can this be an indication that there is a problem?
