General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience with heavy black vaginal clots dizziness vomiting breast discharge followed an implant and amoxicillin I will suggest you have developed one of the following

Ovarian cyst
Premature ovarian failure
Premenopause syndrome

In view of this please do a pelvic scan and schedule an appointment with a gynecologist specialist for further clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription as well as reevaluation of your contraceptive method

I hope this helps Regards
