What Causes Heavy Vaginal Bleeding?
Hi doc ,I am 52 yrs old woman experiencing heavy bleeding with clots . My gynecologist has put be on duphaston 50 mg and Fendol(mefanamic acid 500mg) 3 tablets daily.But bleeding hasn t stopped and now she has recommended Tranexamic acid 1 gm 4 times daily. Is it fine to take Tranexamic with duphaston which contains drydeogesterone.thanks.
