What Causes Heavy Vaginal Bleeding, Fatigue And Headaches?

Hi, I m 25 female on the 6th of September I started spotting for my period it was dark brown or black discharge, this lasted for 3-4 days and then I started bleeding I ve been bleeding since but it s extremely heady today, I m changing my tampons every 2 hours. I m on the pill and last month I didn t take the 1 week break to have my period I just started the next box, I finished my pills on Monday. Don t have anything to worry about with the heavy flow? It s never been this heavy before. I m also tiered and having headaches which I Don t usually have

This is because you shifted the normal dosage pattern of the oral contraceptive pill. This heavy flow has to be arrested through use of styptics and if necessary, hormones. Take bed rest with elevation of foot end. Inform your health care provider. Get blood counts and coagulation profile. A sonogram of the pelvis, if possible aids in management.
