General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I have gone through your query. There can be several causes for vaginal bleeding.

For further assessment you may require ultrasound abdomen and pelvis or computed tomography after gynecologist consultation.

Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition.

Do regular blood pressure monitoring.

You may require iron tablets after consultation.

Keep your self hydrated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
