General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

Emergency pills are Hormonal drug and it can lead bleeding

But as you are having severe bleeding, you should consult nearby gynecologist for examination and further evaluation..

If needed you might prescribed trenexemic acid tablet for bleeding

Your pelvic examination needed and USG pelvis should be done for further evaluation

Take care

Hope your concern solved

Consult nearby gynecologist for examination
