What Causes Heavy Menstrual Bleeding While Having Cysts In Ovaries?

Hi, I have fibroids, couple of cysts on one of my ovaries. I have really heavy periods that lasts for 2 weeks at a time. I also have pelvic pain and huge blood clots. I have been prescribed Northisterone, i have been taking them for 19 days and have had my period now for 5 days, there is no sign of my period slowing down as it is really heavy. Help
