I have post manupausal bleeding since august 2014 jan 2016 i got more bleeding ultrasound shows the endometriaum appears diffusely thickened and echogenic measuring 15mm endometrial hyperplasia my age is 59 years manupause with heavy bleeding in 2012 my esr37 heamoglobin is 14.2 is there any dengerous conditio n

Hello,
Your USG suggest endometrial hyperplasia.
You need dilatation and curettage procedure.
It is diagnostic as well as therapeutic.
If you have simple hyperplasia no need to do anything but if HPR report shows complex hyperplasia or atypia it will guide your further management.
