What Causes Heavy Menstrual Bleeding After Taking Emergency Contraceptive Pill?

Plan b, large clots, eutopic pregnancy???Okay so I took the plan b pill like 60 hours after he came inside me twice. I might have been ovulating cuz I know my period was coming soon. then 2 days later after i took the pillI got my period. It was really light then got really heavy and has lots of clumps about the size of a dime or a nickel. I was wondering if this is implantation bleeding or something? Or a eutopic pregnancy? I ve been bleeding for 3 days now heavily.

Hello

More likely to be due to the emergency contraceptive pill you took. But from next time please try to take it within the first 24 hours from sexual contact. Visit your doctor if the bleed continues for a few more days; but in majority of cases it subsides soon.

Best wishes
