Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My son is 20 years old and healthy. In the past 4 months we have noticed he breathes an extra heavy breath about once every 1-2 minutes consistently. He has visited his PCP twice who has checked his lungs and found no issues when he listens to his chest. He has had a cat scan and MRI which were both negative. His aunt noticed when he slept, he was consistently struggling to breath like he was not getting air. His family physician has many years experience. But I still don t believe the problem is identified/resolved.
