What Causes Heavy Bleeding With Dizziness?

Hello, i had a misscarriage two months ago. This month and before my period by 5 days i started feeling dizzy, then my period was late by a week then it came as very heavy bleeding and my dizzness feeling is being stronger and longer and feeling i might faint Can you advise me?

Hello,

Heavy bleeding can cause a fall in hemoglobin and blood pressure and you might experience dizziness and weakness. Consult a gynaecologist and start on drugs like Tranexemic acid to control bleeding.

If bleeding is severe, you have to get blood transfusions to correct hemoglobin status. Detailed evaluation, including an ultrasound is required to find out the cause of bleeding.
