My periods are not regualar, up until this week I havent had one in about two months, The problem is now that its here its bad, like the cramps are not too bad at all, its just the bood flow thats bad. (have to change my tampon every 30mins to an hour and wear a pad because most of the time 30mins is to long to wait. should I be worried? what should i do? Dont have insurance, nor alot of money so any advice would help please.
