Hello and welcome to HCM,
Dryness of eyes may be prevented by using artificial tears.
In case you are using contact lens, their use may be discontinued till dryness is over.
If the dryness does not relieve even after using artificial tears, you may consult your ophthalmologist for clinical assessment and thus management.
Corneal ulcer must have healed by now, but other ailments of cornea need to be looked for.
Contact lenses when worn for long duration can also lead to dryness of eyes.
Thus, discontinuation of contacts lens use and use of artificial tears will help.

Thanks and take care
