Hi, There could be many reasons for right side heaviness, but when you say you have pain over the cheeks and upper teeth then the causes are few. The most common cause of this problem is called sinusitis, where you develop fluid inside the free space behind the cheeks and over the head. This pain is very commonly also felt on the upper teeth as nerves are common on the cheek and the teeth. It is advisable to visit an ENT specialist who will examine your nose from inside and see if there is any normal swelling. This swelling is very common and usually settles after a few days of treatment. But the problem with this pain is that it can happen again and again. Therefore, taking care of cold weather and protecting from flu is important because these will cause the problem to come back. ENT doctor will give you a nasal spray and antihistamine if he finds any evidence of sinusitis.
