What Causes Heaviness Below Ribcage And Irregular Bowel Movements?

As soon as I start walking, something is trigerred and I start feeling a heaviness in my chest below the rib cage. It goes away when I stand for 2 mins. My BP is normal. My bowel movements are irregular and come once in two days. This pain/heaviness has been going on for the past 3-1/2 yrs but now it comes even when I bend to do some work. Please help. Thanks a lot

Well come to HCM
Thank for asking a question
your concern being appreciated, the symptom could be said to dyspnea but the age and gender matters the great which is not given here, in male it is pretty common and could be cardiac disease I would advise to get done the cardiac evaluation test like EKG and ECHO, second thought it could be allergic condition, it could be due to acid peptic disease, allergic condition can only be treated once it is being confirmed else the hyperacidity can be manage with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone 10 mg once in day for three weeks, hope this information helps.
