What Causes Heaviness And Pain In The Legs?
My legs feel heavy and ache. I m sleeping on a wedge under my feet but it does not seem to help much. When I m on my feet for a few hours the bottom of my feet start to burn. Elevating my legs for a 1/2 hour does not help much either. Do you have any other suggestions? thank you, Margaret

Hi, I think it can be due to some vitamin B12 and calcium deficiency. You can take some vitamin and calcium supplements and see the effect.
