What Causes Heart Palpitations While On Zimovane?
Hi I ve just stopped my buttons 5 my patches I did it slowly left patch on for more than a week then for 2 weeks now a week with none I ve got a racing heart now and again not sleeping although I m on zimavane 3.75 g how long will this last it s the sleep that s worst

You didn't mention the patch contents. If there are significant withdrawl symptoms then an ER consultation should be sought.
A different benzodiazepine can be advised other options include lorazepam or bromazepam.
