What Causes Heart Palpitations Along With Dizziness And Breathlessness?

Since I was young, even in hot crowded places or not.. I experience these all at once, once or twice a year (palpitations, cold sweats, difficulty breathing, white or yellow foggy vision, dizziness or light headedness)... And facing a fan or a airconditioner will relieve me along with drinking cold water.

Hai,
Thanks for consulting us.

As your symptoms seems to orthostatic hypo tension.
There will be variation in blood pressure while the position changes like sitting and standing.

as you are young you symptoms also suggest anaemia.

However ,occasional and once or twice in year not seems to be more significant.
If you are worried about these symptoms kindly monitor your blood pressure in both sitting and standing position and do consult a physician with Complete blood count and chest x ray to rule out any pathology behind it.
THANKS AND REGARDS
