What Causes Heart Murmur And Blurred Vision To Child?

I have 13 year old son, who went for a routine physical and the doctor discovered a heart murmur. He also had trouble with the eye chart complaining of blurred vision. The dr. Is sending him for an echocariogram, but I was wondering if his symptoms could be from anemia? He has very poor eating habits. Should I request a CBC?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the murmur was detected then it need be seen for intensity, type, grade, quality, and other parameters, of course it could be due to anemia but all of this may needs complete investigations to know the underlying cause of murmur, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
