What Causes Headrush While Sneezing?

Hi, My daughter is taking asthama inhalers, asthavent when necessary and beclate 2 puffs in the morning and night, so I have noticed that when she sneez she complains about a head rush and also gives out green mucus as well, what causes these head rushes and can they be prevented?

Hello.

I went through your daughter's history and would like to make suggestions for her as follows:

1. Green mucous and headrush while sneezing may be due to long-standing allergic rhinitis or sinusitis.

2. Were I treating her, I would add montelukast and levocetirizine in her regular treatment.

3. I would suggest her regular steam inhalation (please be cautious to avoid burns) which will help her.
