What Causes Headaches, Testicular Pain, Excessive Sleepiness, Sore Throat And Joint Pain?

Symptoms: Waking up with splitting (almost migraine headaches) for the past 4 days. Testicular pains and scrotum was extremely warm yesterday. Surprisingly warm, shocking. Testicles currently have a dull ache. Sleep seems to never be restive. Sleep 8 hours, get up, and go back to bed 2 hours later. slightly sore throat. Achy joints. Allergy season??

Hello Dear. You might be having viral fever, sore throat and epididymo-orchitis. You can take over the counter medicines like Tab Dolo-650 three times a day for 3 days and Tab Amoxclav 3 times a day for 3 days. If your symptoms are not better you can go to a physician and get blood tests namely complete blood count, malarial parasite, platelets, dengue etc. Also get a urine analysis to rule out urinary tract infection. You can consult a surgeon to see if the testicular condition is either due to serious causes like torsion.
