What Causes Headaches, Dizziness And Blurred Vision While Having Low BP?

I have been suffering with headaches, dizziness, spots in my eyes, blurred vision for a week and a half. Had my blood pressure checked and it was low. Doctor did bloods to check iron, thyroid and b12 but all normal. Still feel unwell and I have really cold feet.
