What Causes Dizziness, Blurred Vision And Fatigue?

I am a 22 year old, female, in good physical health. Today I am experiencing dizziness, blurred vision, very tired, low evergy level and low BP. My BP was 82/62 earlier in the day and 91/53 about an hour ago. I have a history of Mono, I am wondering if this could be active again.

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
You are having hypotension and all your symptoms are due to hypotension.
Infection is the most common cause for hypotension.
So consult doctor and get done blood reports.
You will need antibiotics and Intravenous fluids to raise your blood pressure.
Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
