Hello. Thanks for asking from HCM.

I can understand your concern. It is good that your head injury was mild. There was no loss of function.

Mild head injury can sometimes cause headache and difficulty in focusing due to it. It is more common with "concussion type of injury".

As you are having similar features, it could be due to simply mild head injury or Concussion.

Do not worry about symptoms, it will resolve with time. To fasten relief, you can follow few tips

: Bed rest
: Avoid pressure at injury site
: You can take painkiller like Diclofenac sodium after proper prescription
: Avoid mental stress. Avoid work which require too much focus.

If still no relief, you should consult doctor to rule out any chronic collection of blood ( subdural hematoma ) or fracture. It will confirmed by CT head. Further treatment may be conservative if no significant pressure on brain or surgical if pressure on brain. If CT suggests no collection or injury, it could be post traumatic stress disorder. It will be suspected if no other cause is present.

For treatment, you have to consult psychiatrist. Hope it will help you.

Thanks. Take care.
