Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Typhoid can give headache and fever and some more symptoms . However this has not been found to cause high blood pressure directly .But yes stress can raise BP slightly with stress of any cause . However your readings of BP is not very high. I would suggest u keep checking your blood pressure for a few days and decide about management.

Hope I have answered your query.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
