What Causes Headaches And Backaches?
I am 2 days late for my period, I done a test around lunch time 2say after drinkin 2 pints of water really fast & it came back negative. I ve had headaches & backache on & off for the past few days, I m so tired I need a nap through the day, I m gettin out of breath & dizzy. What is wrong with me?

For your complaint, you need to rule out anemia and hypothyroidism primary.
It can be a causative factor for headache as well.
For that investigate with CBC and serum TSH estimation.
If normal than your blood pressure value should be checked.
