Hello, my name is Joey. I recently have had headaches, ringing in the ears, and my eyes have been strained. I have plenty of sleep, but it continuously hurts and I get tired easily. I am also sometimes a little dizzy when done sitting down for a while and I stand up. I am 14 years old and male.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

According to provided history, it could be an inner or middle ear infection or sinusitis. For this workup needed as follow:
1 Auscultation
2 Otoscopy ear examination
3 CBC (Complete blood count)
4 PNS (Peripheral nervous system) x-ray if needed

Symptomatic management should done for this. Betahistine and short-term steroid course of betamethasone can be prescribed. Consult otorhinolaryngologist for examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
