What Causes Headaches Along With Fainting And Memory Loss?

A family member who is 13 is experiencing headaches, fainting, memory loss. Neuro cant find anything wrong MRI, CT, Spinal tap all normal however spinal tap did have high normal ranges. After having 2 spinal taps her memory came back almost immediately. Just looking for some answers or more test to r/o Any suggestions appreciated. Nurse Friend thought maybe POTS syndrome?

hi...it could be due to increase intracranial pressure which could be due you hydrocephalus....This can be due obstruction in the circulation of cerebrospinal fluid...better try to find out the cause for this increase amount CSF in the brain..it could be due infection of brain covering(meningitis) or could be brain it self(encephalitis)...please do further investigation towards the CSF...Thank you
