What Causes Headaches After Drinking Beer?

HI there, recently I ve been getting headaches after drinking about 3 beers..... I average about 7 to 8 cans every night! For 10+ years now..... I am border-line on cholesterol, high blood pressure, triglyceride or just close to diabetic.. I haven t checked up/blood tested for 9 months.. Why the headaches?

Hi welcome to HCM...

High blood pressure can lead headache. ..
So if needed antihypertensive drug for that like enalapril can be started to lower blood pressure ....

Alcohol also responsible for headache ..
Alcohol also can lead vitamin b deficiency and headache can be there ...

Investigate your case with. ..
-Physical examination
-Blood pressure measurement
-CBC etc...

Avoid smoking

Take enough sleep...

Alcohol can led hangover headache ...

You can take paracetamol tablet

Advise : Physician consultation for examination....
