What Causes Headache While Tilting The Head?

Hello I have recently started getting a headache but its not a regular headache it only hurts when ever i tilt my head to the side ,foward and backwards. It s been keeping me up at night and it is hard to fall asleep. Is there any advice on how i can help it ?

Based on the symptoms that you have it seems that you have an ear related issue which is causing the problem. This can be an issue with the balance or with the ear fluid and is causing the migraine.

In your case, the imbalance in the ear may be causing the issue. You can try the following to help you:
Avoid sudden movements of the head or spinning around too much
Drink lots of water
Sleep well and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day
Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel you are about to get a headache

Also, you can see a Doctor to get antihistamines or anti vertigo medication prescribed. Follow up after 5 days. All the best.
