Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I get weird headaches that I thought was related to not drinking enough water but I m not sure. They are usually localized to one area of my head and increase on pressure if I bend over to pick something up. They get pretty intense and I have a high pain threshold. What do you think could be causing them. I ll have them on and off for 7-10 days then not at all for a week or two?
The symptoms are consistent with common causes like a migraine or a tension headache, as first-line management, you can try analgesics like aceclofenac or tramadol for pain relief.
If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
General & Family Physician
