What Causes Headache, Vision Problem And Pain In Arms?

recently had a sudden change in vision, continuous headache, pain in my arms & hips. Tested positive for the flu and am now over this other than lingering fatigue. Not sure the other symptoms are a result of the flu but not sure what to do. Also did go to the ER when the sudden vision changed & headache, vomiting. Checked me for a stroke, did a cat scan for bleeders showed nothing. The ER released me with a general headache. I had an eye exam done the next day (Dec 23rd), checked for glaucoma, eye pressure everything checked out. Although I can see, my vision is not what it was. I have to slowly look at things to focus on them clearly, bright lights cause a headache and I do have some eye pain. What do I do?

. Regarding vision problem itcan be flu causing general debility which can lead to accomodation problemdue to weakness of eye muscle. any way refraction can be done and if corection is requered then it can be taken.Head achce will subside if refractive error is the cause.
