What Causes Headache, Stomach Pain Along With Dizziness?

My daughter has been complaining off and on for a couple of weeks of headaches, stomach aches. Sometimes she gets dizzy. Today she said that she is really hot - feels like she is overheating , but she is not warm to the touch. She doesn t have a super strong appetite right now. Sometimes feels nauseous.
