What Causes Headache, Physical Weakness And Breathing Problem?

dear sir i m 35 year old. since 2008 i developed a problem. all of a sudden i feel suffocation, problem in breathing, headache specially in backside of head, extreme mental and physical weakness, severe pain in both legs below knee region. this condition persists for 3-4 days . then gradually symptoms disappears. initially it was once in 3 or 4 months but now it happens at every 15 day interval in a month.

I appreciate your concern, the history could be suggestive of myalgia, some time this does not have any specific reason for this, you have not mentioned your gender here else I could suggesting something in accordance with this.
Suggestion:- Certain nonspecific symptoms are very common, it is all depends
how you react to this, some time this go way unnoticed if you do
pay much attention toward this.
Treatment :- I actually advise my all the patients to avoid taking any analgesic
unless this is highly indicative, here you can have Tab
Acetaminophen 500 mg as per needed for other symptoms like
breathing difficulty, suffocation, better to avoid the mental stress.
Advise :- If symptoms does not improved then better to have counseling
(self) do some exercise, meditation, try to be happy cheer up
be positive, this would be much better than taking any medicine
for no good reason, take care.
