What Causes Headache, Nausea And Pressure Behind Ears After Child Birth?

I am Five weeks post partum from a emergency csection due up preclampsia At 35 weeks Went on labatrol and weanef off last Sunday. BP 120/80. I have had headache and nausea during these past weeks and I thought it was related to the labetol but I still have it so it must be something else. It s a constant like hear in vice with pressure behind the ears and top head. What could this be? My lactation lady suggested a complete blood panel be ordered in case the preclampsia is still going on despite the BP drop. Your thoughts?

Hi healthcare magic user, Please get a CT scan done to rule out cavernous sinus thrombosis.
Headache, dizziness, ringing sound could be because of that.
Keep BP charting.
Consult your obstetrician immediately with reports as cavernous sinus thrombosis is emergency situation.
if CT scan result is negative please consult ENT surgeon.
Symptoms you had are not normal please don't neglect it.
