What Causes Headache, Nausea And Lower Back Pain?
I have headaches every single day. sometimes they are 9/10 which do not get better even after having medicines. and other times its just happening 4/10. but its constantly there. i feel pukish all the time. i just woke up and had a cup of tea and m already feeling headaches and pukish. also, i have unbearable lower back pain these days. otherwise i ve had stiff lower back all my life.

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist you can consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan.
