What Causes Headache, Dizziness, Blurriness, Ear And Stomach Pains?
i had a concussion 2 weeks ago. i had mild headaches after but last night i got it really bad. I was extremly dizzy, blackedout,one of my pupils were bigger than the other, blurriness,bad headache, ear and stomach pains. Could this be Second Impact Syndrom?

First of all, you should do an CT brain to exclude subdural hemorrhage.The blood accumulates slowly after the head injury under the dura matter in the skull and compresses the brain tissue causing several symptoms.The treatment is surgical evacuation.
