What Causes Headache, Cough, Fever, Dizziness And Tiredness After Travelling?

Hi, We ve just returned from a holiday in Phuket Thailand on Wed. My husband has had a cough, fever and chills, headaches, rash/spots mostly on his chest, dark orange urine, dizziness and tiredness. He did get a stomach bug while we over there which caused yellow diarrhea, nausea, gas and decreased appetite. The diarrhea lasted for 24 hours and the yellow faeces 48 hours. The cough and headaches started a couple of days after this. The house call doctor prescribed antibiotics for his cough, and my husband has been taking panadol for the headaches and fever. He s been taking antibiotics for about 3 days now and the cough and rash has subsided. The fever, chills and headaches have ceased, however he still has dark orange urine, dizziness and tiredness. He s lost about 5 kilo s in the last week. He was bitten by a mosquito in Phuket. I m concerned that it is more than just the usual virus .
