What Causes Headache And Pain In Upper Mid Back After A Head Injury?

Hi, I am a cheerleader at my high school. Today I was working on my standing back tuck and as I was going back I sort of bailed in the middle and I landed on my head. After it happened I had a headache which was expected but now my heat in the center hurts when I run or sometimes walk along with my upper middle back. I don t know what to do or what is wrong with it? Will taking a simple over the counter medication make the pain go away??

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the head injury then it needs to be sent for x-ray or CT scan rather than treating it for pain, it should never be taken as granted, hope this information helps.
