You can follow few tips to manage it : Steam inhalation 4-6times daily : Avoid cold food or drink : eat or drink warm or hot food or drink : Avoid cool air : Warm saline drops in nose 4-6times daily : You can take tab Cetrizine xylometazoline paracetamol combination after prescription : You can take antibiotic like Co-amoxyclav therapy after prescription For nause, you can take Tab Pantoprazole with Domperidone after prescription : Do not do nose picking.
