What Causes Headache And High BP During Pregnancy?

I am 36 weeks pregnant and am having a light headache. I went to the doctor on yesterday and my BP was 160/120. After being sent to the hospital and monitored it went down to the 140s and I was sent home. I am just not feeling like myself at all and also feel very depressed.

hi,you must keep a strict watch on blood pressure,get it tested twice daily.get a urine albumin test done.start with tab alpha dopa 500 mg twice daily.keep a watch on your fetal movements.get colour Doppler done to rule out iugr.in case your bp still does nt settle you need to see your gynaec.take care all the best.
