What Causes Headache And Dizziness While On Losartan?
My blood pressure has always been high even on meds but the past couple of days I have had a headache and feeling dizzy. Took my blood pressure and it is now low 116 over 60. On meds it was 130 over 90. He did increase my meds recently to losartan 100, metoprolol Succ. 100, and chlorthaladobe 25. Could this be the cause of mr feeling this way?

Inapproritate lowering of blood pressure may be responsbile for lethargy , fatigue , mental slowing , dizziness and headache (especially postural symptoms on standing). This requires dilligent measurement of blood pessure in recumbent and standing posture. This will establish low blood presssure as cause for symptoms. Do see your doctor on priority and only them a decision about changing medication can be taken. There may be other reasons for these symptoms.
