What Causes Headache And Constipation After Having Telma H?
I am taking telma H 40 tab once in the morning and 20 mg telma in the evening. My BP is still at 150/95. I get head ache, constipation, and mild ear pain, and a lot belching. Should I continue the tabs. Losar H 50 was causing passing out periodically.

your headache & ear pain can be due to an ear infection
as such telmisartan does not cause any constipation.
your head ache will be due to the stress or pain ( due to constipation & ear pain)
as such the dose of telmasartan is quite sufficient for your blood pressure levels.
please continue with the same dose
check out with an ENT specialist for any ear problems
for constipation you can take lactulose or any laxative solutions
