Black floating is normal physiologic finding in almost many of the persons without any underlying pathology or abnormality so far as vision is normal by optometrist evaluation. The headache with 2 anti hypertensive medications indicate need of work up with MRI or other ahead to find the cause and manage accordingly. In my clinic, I do recommend meditations and YOGA for best results.

You should consult an Ophthalmologist to run diagnostic test if it is a bleed inside the eye or retinal disease, as both have different treatment, and diagnosis should be confirmed.
