What Causes Headache And Armpit Soreness After Having Safe Sex?

I am a teenager having cramps, not on my period, my cycle however finished Sunday. I am tired as well as have a headache... The last 3 times I have had sex I had light/moderate bleeding after. I have talked to other girls & they have said this has happened to them. I changed my birth control this month and I don't know if that is why I'm having these issues? The pill is high in iron. I am also having problems pooping and feel a constipation. I have not had much sex either I think it's been a total of 4 times & once with a different partner than my long term boyfriend now... I have also only practiced safe sex. I don't think its related but I have a pimple like sore on each of my armpits. One showed up 2 days ago & the other I noticed today.

Intercourse during teenage is not good and it would be even more harmful with oral contraceptive medicine such practice could bring many health issues, constipation is nothing to do with this, neither the pimple this would be okay, but take a good care of your self, you need to rule out the chances of infection as well, hope this information helps, take care.
