What Causes Headache Along With Pain In The Neck And Lower Back?

I fell backwards Sunday I did not hit my head but I did hit my lower back and two places on Monday I had really really bad migraines and the rest of this week I just have had a real light headache and and tension soreness penis in my neck and my low back

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have headache along with pain in the neck and lower back. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like muscle strain , kidney stones , tension headache , constipation , acute kidney failure or fatigue . Viral infection can also cause such symptoms. The symptoms can also occur due to viral infection . I would suggest you to take proper rest , avoid lifting heavy things , apply warm compresses to back or take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain . If condition doesn't get well then consult orthopedic surgeon for proper examination . Doctor may order x-ray or CT scan . Doctor may prescribe muscle relaxant along with anti inflammatory . Doctor may also refer you to neurologist for migraine or exertion headache type of problem
