What Causes Headache Along With Dizziness And Confusion?

Hi, I am experiencing symptoms of allergies but I am not allergic to anything. I feel sinus pressure, headaches, ear pain, sensation of water in my ear, dizziness, confusion really bad all of a sudden this morning. It comes and goes but is very disturbing. Today I felt like I was not alert. It has been happening for years but dizziness and confusion like today was scary. I felt that I should not drive. What could it be?
