What Causes Headache Along With Discomfort When I Bend Down?

I fell down the last 5 stairs in my house a week ago, I still have a lot of discomfort when I bend down in any way but since this morning I have had a crippling headache that won t go away no matter what I have tried - could they be linked? I had a head trauma approx 9 years ago that resulted in hairline fractures across the back of my skull but apart from that I have no issues

In short: you might have injured your bones of sinuses with probable infection

Explanation: Headache increasing after bending suggests infection of siunuses. So, as you have a history of fall then it may be because of fall and secondary infection. Visit a doctor for x-ray and opinion(ENT Surgeon). Hope this helps you. Please let me know.
