What Causes Headache Along And Body Ache?
I feel like my body feels like lead! I have a headache & hurt from head to toe. I ate a banana, been drinking water & took a potas pill. I need to feel better for tomorrow I have a very important meeting. Also I have been in bed with the heated mattress pad on.

Do you feel like you are coming down with the flu? Any fever? Else, it is unlikely to be anything sinister. Continue with the fluids.
Eat a few good meals. Also, head out of the house. Take a walk. It should make you feel better. You could take a paracetamol after food to deal with the headache and body ache.
