OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi,

I think that these might. Be pre-menstrual symptoms along with super-added gastritis so I would suggest that start a course of pantoprazole. Also, start having antispasmodic drotaverine for 5 days. If symptoms continue a ultrasound examination of whole abdomen will be required.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
